Level TO-84是一个面积约158平方公里的森林，森林中的树木已被证实和不同于前厅的任何一种树木的品种。

在Level TO-84中的树看起来与前厅的橡树形貌相近，但本层级中的树木，其树叶一般呈蓝色。

本层级的树木难以被工具破坏，工具难以破坏树木的原因未知，目前已知破坏树木最高效的方式是使用火焰将树点燃。

未知的电磁干扰

在进入本层级后，流浪者所携带的任何的电子设备均无法正常工作，经后续研究，电子设备无法正常工作是因为电磁干扰¹，但电磁干扰的源头尚未查明。

树叶

树木上的蓝色树叶已被证实可以食用，味甜，食用后会产生较强烈的饱腹感。

经化验，树叶中存在一定量的维生素C和一种未知的蛋白质，所有成分均已被证明对人体无害。

如果进入本层级的流浪者身上没有携带食物，选择食用少量树叶充饥是可取的，但过量食用树叶对人体造成的影响尚不明晰，所以在非紧急情况下，仍不建议流浪者直接食用大量树叶。

光照来源

本层级中不存在天空和太阳以及月亮，也不存在昼夜更替，天空已被证实为一面大型反射镜，本层级的一切光都是以红外辐射的方式射向反射镜，反射镜再将其转化为可见光的形式产生的，具体的转化原理暂不明晰。

病原体

本层级中存在着一种未知的病原体，通过使用电子显微镜²观察这种病原体，已确定病原体为一种病毒，病原体因此也被命名为蓝色病毒。

蓝色病毒可以感染本层级内的植物和人类，且因为现阶段对蓝色病毒的了解相当有限，现阶段尚未研制出蓝色病毒的特效药物³，一旦流浪者在本层级内感染蓝色病毒，其致死率为100%。

我们希望流浪者在本层级内多加小心，不要感染蓝色病毒。

若流浪者感染了蓝色病毒，请在以最快速度切出本层级，因为蓝色病毒在离开本层级后将会迅速失去活性。

以下为人类感染蓝色病毒后的具体症状:

• 感染后第1-5天:病毒处于潜伏期，该阶段的流浪者尚未出现明显症状。

• 感染后第6-8天:流浪者步入轻症阶段，流浪者开始出现头晕、干咳、呕吐、腹泻、鼻塞、发烧⁴等症状，这些症状较为明显，但对流浪者造成的影响相对较小，饮用杏仁水可以对症状造成较明显的减轻。

• 感染后第9-12天:流浪者的症状进一步加深，开始出现高烧⁵、呼吸困难、胃痛等症状，这些症状会对流浪者造成明显的影响，流浪者将难以集中注意力，饮用杏仁水仍可以适当减轻症状。

• 感染后第13-15天:流浪者步入重症阶段，植物化开始，流浪者的细胞将从动物细胞转化为植物细胞⁶，流浪者的生命体征逐渐消失，在此阶段饮用杏仁水将再无任何作用，切出本层级会导致流浪者的全身迅速坏死。

• 感染后第16天:流浪者的生命体征完全消失，所以细胞均从动物细胞转化为植物细胞，流浪者彻底变成一株植物。

建筑群

在本层级的中心，有一个木制建筑群，建筑群的面积约为11公顷，建筑群中的建筑内部已被证实存在实体，这些实体的身高与成年人类相仿，全身呈灰黑色或乳白色。

它们似乎是建筑群的原住民，根据和原住民接触过的流浪者的口述，它们对外来者并无敌意，在多数情况下，它们对外来者持开放和友好的态度，前提是流浪者不主动攻击它们。

若流浪者主动对本层级的原住民作出攻击性行为，会被本层级的原住民追杀⁷直至该流浪者死亡或切出本层级。

• 在Level TO-85中触摸一片蓝色的树叶可以把流浪者带到本层级。
• 在Level 101中撞向一颗树有概率将流浪者带到本层级。
• 在Level TO-86中食用树叶将会切入本层级。

出口

• 使用工具砍伐任意一颗树木10下将会切入Level TO-99。
• 触摸一片红色树叶可以切入天堂。
• 触摸一颗苹果树可以切入Level 65。
• 传言走出本层级可以切入技术演示和展览中心，但这种这种说法并未得到证实，因为尝试过这样做的人全都没有回来。
• 对本层级的原住民使用汉语说出“我要回去”将会切入Level 11。
• 在本层级的树上吊死可以切入Level TO-54。
• 在本层级挖一个深度约五米的坑并跳下去将会切入Level 75或Level TO-12。
