该层级由一个雪中的村庄组成，层级内到处积雪且层级昼夜不变。
层级中最令人吃惊的是，该层级的雪并非为普通的雪1。在进一步的研究中，研究人员发现组成该层级的雪实质为人体皮肤，并且其具有与雪同样的触感。“正常”的雪仅来源于暴风雪。与前厅的雪不同，该层级的雪无法融化。
村庄中的典型建筑是由层级内的特殊木材组成2 在建筑之中可能会有一些房间，例如厨房。厨房中可能会有1个通过未知方式冷冻的纯木质冰箱，一些木质柜台，且中间会有一张小桌子和4个椅子。卧室中央有一个舒适的双人床，在其右侧有一个衣柜，而左侧有一盏灯。客厅有两个中型沙发和一个无法运作的电视。然而，屋子里也可能没有家具，这使得流浪者很难在层级中维生。
The houses can appear randomly, both flying, clipped on the ground, and upside down. The houses can disappear or change places over time, making it difficult to map the level and stay in it.
The houses can also be built of different materials than Snowy Wood, such as basalt, stone, andesite, diorite, sandstone, ice, bricks, and concrete.
Dead trees and bushes are quite common, being found abundantly on the sides of houses and on the paths. The trees are made of black or dark gray concrete, being a concrete source for groups like the B.S.G, as they can be planted. The bushes are made of common metals, such as copper and iron, also being a source of metal for groups.Thus, the source of Snowy Wood is unknown.
The "streets", better known as paths, are made of granite or gravel, being heated to 50°C by anomalous effects, so it is not recommended to stay on the paths.

Some of the entities seen here are Vagrants, Lightmen normal and evolved, Floating Undead, Bipedal Starfish, Drawings On The Walls, Scribes. Some people report seeing Colorful and Refrigerators.

O.G.S - "Main base"
This was a community made by possessed wanderers followers of the Snowy Man, until he ordered them to create a base for him, currently it's just a colony.

They have 77 members, possess a large stock of Sweet Water and Breads. They live in a northern part of the level, being standardized, in this part there is a large mountain that is impossible to explore. They are peaceful if they adore or like the Snowy Man, if not they will be hostile.

B.S.G - "FB"4
This is the largest colony of the level and the second most important base of the B.S.G. They are super evolved, managed to neutralize the anomalous effects of the streets and were the ones who discovered the composition of the snow, etc. They are open to trades and do not accept new members, they have 190 members.
